How you can help
Donate items
We are fortunate to live in a city of kind and generous people who are passionate about helping other families. We are happy to accept new and pre-loved items and gift them to families who need them most.
Occasionally, we may be unable to use donated items, in which case we will strive to pass them on to other organisations or sell the item to help us fund support for local families.
We have donation days each month where we accept donations, details of which will be shared on our monthly Wish List. Please check our Wish List for items we currently need, if an item is not on the list it means we are currently well stocked.
As a small charity we are unable to offer a collection service but there is parking available outside our building and a member of the team will be happy to help you unload and carry items from your car.
Please see the list of items we can and can’t accept.
Accepted
Please ensure all items are in full working order and there are no missing parts. We are a small team and unable to replace parts or fix broken items. We want to give all children the best start in life and the opportunity to thrive and we strongly feel all items we gift to families should reflect this. We appreciate your understanding.
