Make a Mother’s Day 2023

Love, Amelia’s Mothers Day Campaign 2023

Being a Mam can be the hardest job in the world as you have to be everything to your children, with very little time for yourself.  Mother’s Day is the one day set aside each year to celebrate Mams for the amazing job they do.

This year we are launching our fourth annual Mother’s Day campaign with the aim of providing a small gift to mams who would otherwise be without, making sure she is acknowledged in a way she deserves.

Here at Love, Amelia we are witnessing first hand the impact the cost of living crisis is having on local families, with many struggling with the continuously rising prices and energy bills. We know the mams we work with are amazing and give so much to their children, even in the most difficult of circumstances, often putting their needs last and going without in order to provide for their children.

Many of the families we support have little to no support network, and no budget to spend on gifts for themselves, leaving many mams without on their special day.

We want to be able to give every mams referred to us a little gift full of pampering and self-care goodies and a handwritten card to open on Mother’s Day.  We know this small gesture can mean so much but we need the help of our community to ensure we can achieve this.

How to get involved:

Donate items to go inside of our pamper packs.  Here is a list of items you could include to help make a pack special for a mam on her special day

Donations can be made to our unit any weekday until 10th March to ensure we can get them out in time for Mother’s Day

You can support our campaign by purchasing a gift set or other goodies from our Amazon Wishlist.

Items purchased on Amazon can be sent directly to our unit and we will ensure they go straight to the mams we are supporting

Another way to get involved is to donate funds to help us purchase new gifts for mams we are supporting throughout the campaign.

Donate via our JustgGiving page or text LOVEAMELIA to 70085 to donate £5
